LCP is cool, but the ammo costs are what kills it.
LP9 is the better deal (due to 9x19 ammo costs) given a choice between the two.

CanAm is not a Ruger Rep.
The original post was very clear on his LCP intent.

I would think that whatever experience the LCP has, will determine his future customized (canada-variant) dealings with Ruger product.

Personally I'd love to see every Ruger pistol made as a Canada variant, but that ain't gonna happen unless someone here with deep pockets wants to contact Ruger USA and place an order on behalf of all us "potential" buyers.

Anyway,
I'm interested in the LCP... however, a solid line on cheap ammo would seal that deal.
