Who didn't Vinny answer? Of course if somebody didn't accept Vinny's answer and kept arguing, that's another story. Just becoz you think the answer is wrong doesn't make it so.
Open mouth, change feet. Hong Kong is a more open and free than Canada when it comes to guns, becoz here we can have real guns with no 10 round limit or minimum barrel length and we can have airsoft guns too.

Here we go again! The only people who keep criticizing Vinny and the GV are people from Ontario. Everyone else seems to get along just fine and dandy. The GV has +9,000 members and only 5 people have ever been banned including you and euxx. You guys should make t-shirts "Does not play well with others". Ha!
Many HKPSA members have long guns and ammo at home. Most handguns stay at shooting clubs.
So how come "Commie ruled Hong Kong" has no capacity or barrel length limits for real guns like Canada?? How come Canada bans airsoft guns? What freedoms do you have in Canada that we don't have in Hong Kong?

LOL.....I had to look up what it meant before I wrote it!
The reason I ask is my co-worker who is from Hong-Kong says that gun laws are pretty harsh in HK. From what he is saying, I gather that possession of ammunition in private dwellings are almost impossible, but again that is only his word.

Besides, the rules currently in force here are a legacy of British rule (you know, the Queen of England, who is still Head Of State of her subjects in Canada). Those rules were introduced decades before China resumed sovereignty over Hong Kong in 1997, so it has nothing to do with "Commies", but everything to do with the former British Colonial Dictatorship here.
Anyway none of the shooters here mind, becoz most of us live in small flats, so a gun safe is something most people can live without. On the other hand, your 10 round limit and barrel length limit have nothing to do with safe storage. They're "Nanny State" rules.

The difference between us it that you and your girlfriends circle the wagons and take turns to relentlessly keep bashing Hong Kong, the same way you bash Vinny, bash the GV and bash Mr. Alexakos, but at least I directly respond to your comments and allegations.
On the other hand, you and the others continue to evade my comments about Canada's 10 round limit and barrel length limit. I guess you ladies must be happy with those Nanny-State limits, becoz you've convinced yourselves that you somehow have a better deal that we do over here.

I will address the 10rd rule or law. Pistol magazines are allowed a 10rd capacity,....not unlike L10and production division in the U.S.. "THE END"....
Barrels that are shorter than approx 405mm are prohibited; and incidently are seldom used in IPSC or USPSA....longer barrels usually have better velocity for handloaded ammunition, and also have a longer sight radius. I think I understand the reasoning for your nagging at these points,...but it seems so juvenile I think I am writing/talking to a child. My girlfriends in Canada might agree with me....

I would venture to guess there are lots more Asians on the wish list to enter Canada, than the other way around.
