F-Class Eastern Championships at Connaught

Bisley style is now we did Wpg in 2010 - 3 to a target and I know the APRA and the SPRA will be running 3 to a target as well for the F-Class Western Championships

Norm we will be running 3 per target! better get ear protectors with the microphones so you don't have to ask every time did you shoot to guys shooting mouse guns.how much are you spotting me for the 5 shot groups at 900 m

Looking forward to this one, gents. I think we really need to plan on a pow wow to see what we can do about boosting participation, particulary among new folks.

the group shoot will be very interesting. Might be fun to do it twice- once in flat ass calm, and then once in the middle of the afternoon when Connaught is at her best. Both without indicators, of course...

First 5 shot groups will be shot 4pm to 6pm, second will be shot from 6.30pm to 8.30pm
Shooters who start at 4pm will be last to shoot second group in evening
Prizes for smallest group F/O and F/TR and prize for smallest agg:eek:f both groups.
its possible we will have a 300m shoot early on Thursday using 200 yard
hunterclass targets.
We will let you shoot in flat-ass calm, but your first group will be at 4pm when Conaught can be at her best your #1 shooter at 4pm teamed up with Norm B

Norm we giving you a tough position and a easy one would be happy to see you shoot the smallest group at 900m I would be happy to let you use the "Super Mouse gun" as long as you promise not give it any bad habits, but there is a good chance Barry will make it a draw for positions & times to shoot.
 
The entry form should be on the National Capital Regional Rifle Association web site by the end of this coming week.

You should also have a look at our Victoria Day shoot. I know there is some confusion on the dates for the Victoria day shoot, but that will be fixed this coming week as well. It will be good practice for Eastern Regionals.

from what I understand but it could be changed ? the TR shooters will shoot July 2 & 3 they did not want to shoot 3 days in the Long Range Event

Go to the National Capital Regional Rifle Association web site and there is an entry form for the Long Range Match. That is the TR match on the same weekend.

I finaly got my vacation time approved and it looks like I will be able to attend :D.

This will be my first time shooting in Ottawa. I expect to have a great time.
