C-More Systems

Can you get the
"C-More STS Base FN PS90 Sight Mount #STSMT-400"

like this... (midwayusa.com/viewProduct/?productNumber=143529)
I'm sure you could sell a few of them to all the ps90 owners out there and then of course they will need a STS to go with it.

It's not stocked, but we'll order it in - it wouldn't take much more than a couple weeks to arrive.

What's the difference between the standard and click switch models?

Standard switches are infinite position rheostats for setting the dot brightness.

Click Switch sights have something like 7 or 8 definite dot brightness settings.

Over time on very violent-recoiling guns (primarily 9X25 Raceguns & Hybrid Raceguns that see a lot of rounds) the standard switch might loosen up and then may change brightness (turn) while shooting. Click is a fix for that.

This thread needs a little extra attention.

We now stock the STS - Small tactical Sight in 3.5 and 7 MOA

and the Aluminum versions of the C-More Sights too.

Do these sights require the mounting kits for direct slide mounting, or would a decent smith be able to mount it to the slide and produce a lower profile?

Yes, for replacing a rear sight in a dovetail.

or would a decent smith be able to mount it to the slide and produce a lower profile?
Yes, if his milling capabilities are up to snuff and you're willing to discard the option of ever going back to iron sights.

3.5 vs 7 MOA

For a guy who isn't in the know, what is the difference between the two? I'm assuming it would be the size of the dot?

Yes, dot Size - 3.5 Minute of Angle (Small) Vs. 7 Minute of Angle. (Bigger)
Most people purchase a 3.5 for rifle / carbine applications and the 7 for Pistol applications.

Is there anywhere on the net to see them in action with the 2 different sizes of dot?
I don't know of a dealer that is currently stocking them on the shelf, sorry.

how do I mount one on an SKS ?
Get some kind of weaver rail mount for the SKS and then you can mount either the STS with a Weaver adapter or a Railway.

We don't deal in any accessories for SKS, so you'd have to source that somewhere else.

Hi Sean

Contemplating a STS for my 10mm Glock...
Any word from C-more regarding STS losing their tracking due to recoil fatigue?

Don't want to drop a penny on one if it will be destroyed by the recoil a week later. To give you an idea I run loads with a #20 spring
