Norinco CS500?

Notice several supporting dealers here carry this model and was told it is same as the HP9.

Anybody seen one in person?

Is it the same quality in terms of finishing and functionality?

Knowing the homeland security (780) was much more inferior than the HP9 and would like to know if the CS500 is actually as good as the HP9.

the 5 i have hear say sc500 o nthe box but it is infact an hp9-1 .
i,m guessing its the mfg product code.
