Leupold canada Custom Shop?

So I have been told by a range member in conversation that I could have my Leupold Tactical scope retrofitted with a illuminated reticule even though it is a none illuminated reticule scope. He told me it was a Canadian company that did this and that they were the Cutom Shop/Warranty provider for Leupold in Canada. However he could not remember who. Do any of you know if this is true and if so who I could contact?

Korth in Okotoks Alberta is the sole distributor/warranty/repair center for Leupold in Canada, that is where you would need to send it, or at least call to see if they can do it.

Also the Korth Group does not deal directly with the public, they will answer questions and such by phone and email, but you must send your scopes threw a registered distrubtor(leupold dealer) and they will send to them for you.

I sent one to Korth Custom Shop in the fall and dealt directly with Tony, who is the repair tech. Must be a new policy, if accurate.

I sent one directly to Korth, the registered distributor advised me to, did they change their policy?

Korth will not sell you scopes directly but the custom shop (Tony is great) is directly available for repair or alterations.

I don't retro fit regular scopes to illuminated. It would be too expensive. The best way would be to sell the scope and buy the illuminated scope.
