Cabelas have the Hornady LNL Progressive on sale - what's the general concensus of this model ?? Oh and I'm in Nova Scotia and no-one has anything local that I can find as far as New Brunswick

I was debating it, looks like I'd save a whole $4 per 100 rnds over getting them locally reloaded - so 10,000-15,000 rnds and it'd be paid for

if you don't have a 9mm you should buy one ;)

As you can see, they're not only the same price as Cabelas sale Px but they're actually in stock and they do ship to Canada. They're great to deal with, I've used em a lot.
 
Cabelas USA is paraniod about US export laws; they don't ship jack that is firearm related in my experience. Definitely one of the worst mail order places to try and get firearms related items from, even ones that are totally legal to ship.

^This. With friends like this, who needs enemies... :(

With some things it's laughable; sometimes you will find two almost identical products but each of different brands, and one will get bumped out of your cart, and the other is fine.

Oh well, looks like Cabela's isn't too eager to get money from a Canadian market that is just STARVING to obtain some of the stuff they sell. Maybe they don't need it, you know, with the recession and all... Things might be looking up in the US?

Yeah I heard...

I'm waiting on my paperwork, sent my application to the MVRRC too. I was talking to Mr. Elliot this week and he pushed me towards the CZ-75 shadow
 
yep, I was looking at one of those as well but found a slightly (very) used Glock 19 on the exchange forum here along with 4 extra mags and 900 rounds for the price of just the gun - not buying the press yet but I'll keep looking

Same reason that Midway USA won't ship ANYTHING out of the US. There is real paranoia about the Department of State and the audits they do.

Midway USA was fined $330k, plus their own legal costs, for shipping 254 scopes out of the US without permits. Zeiss USA was fined $10k for shipping 10 scopes to Zeiss Canada, distributor to distributor!!! And those fines were BEFORE the recent crackdowns!!!!

How many reloading presses do you think they need to sell just to pay of a fine of several hundred thousand dollars, plus their own legal costs? Just because some kid in shipping didn't fill out the right form, or they accidentally shipped a restricted product?

Yea it's :bsFlag: but I can't blame them.
 
can someone link to the Canadian site selling the Progressive press? i tried looking and only saw the classic.
