Cool! That way they can stop issuing those wood guns to screw ups...

I know I'm right. I don't need your confirmation. And ERT ran them for more than 'a bit'. I'm also glad you aren't saying I'm a lesser person, I just wouldn't be able to sleep tonight if you were. But you 'think' I need to stop? So you aren't sure? Should I continue until you know for sure?
Hold on though, if you're talking to the Staff, you're probably working. Are you using a work computer for surfing cgn? And even if you're using your phone, shouldn't you be working and not checking cgn if you're on the clock right now?

Amazingkg3 said:They use sigs prior to the 1995 acquisition to the 5946?
Amazingkg3 said:I don't believe Sig has been used by the RCMP, including ERT teams. Could you clarify what you said though? Were they used or implemented?
VPD uses .40cal Sig 226's, the Police Act in BC requires police forces to use .40cal, except for the RCMP who still use the 9mm SW...
but simply I don't like the way your talking to me and I think you need to stop.
Trivia question (WP gets 2 Gold stars if he gets it): What pistol did the RCMP initially announce they were adopting that caused a s**t storm to happen and S&W to be chosen?
I haven't heard about any problems for spares. I know Smith did a run of a bunch of stuff for us a little while ago. I think we've got enough in the system and inventory to last quite a while (unfortunately).
It's a great gun for general duty and patrol, but there are other better options out now. One of which isn't the Px4 that cbsa got stuck with.![]()
I have heard from an O.P.P. officer that their tactical units are carrying .45 Sigs, but he could have been wrong. It seems that the S&W M&P 40 is taking the police universe by storm, I wonder if Glock is worried?
I have shot quite a few different 5946's what I find is the trigger pull varies greatly, while they all have the heavy pull required some are like butter and others are like sandpaper.
