GREENDOH;

The US State Dept has approved the export so we should have some in a few weeks....

$40?

They are thicker, that is great.

But us Canadians were #####ing about paying $40 for a mag, when they are $10 -$12 US.
We can order from C Products @ $14 for stainless.

Do we need another $40 mag but with thicker steel?
I would have preferred the same thin steel but $15- $17.

but, thanks for bringing in another option for those that want it :)

P.S - You priced them higher than P-Mags available here

First, for what I know, you cant buy from C Product since they are in connecticut U.S. and they wont pin them and ship them to canada.

I would prefer getting them for 15$ (or free)... but asking John for that on his "contributing dealer page"? common!

John has contributed to lower the price of Norcs product and other stuff sold by other dealers. Every thing I bought at Marstar I got at the best price around.

Please read the ad they are as low as $24.95....
I agree there are many lower quality mags available, we will not carry them as we garatee everything we sell....

BTW, your observations are based on what ? Personal examination of our mags ? You compared our mags to the "thin" ones ??

In short, some folks want higher quality thats why we had them made....

Fail. They sell pinned 5/30 round mags to Canada all the time. They have gimped mags as per hunting regulations in the U.S., so that works for us.

But.... who cares. Support Marstar. If you can only buy one mag, pay the $40.00. If you can buy a bunch, pay the $25.00 each. If you want local or Canadian dealers, pay for it. No one is here to do you a favour or be nice, they are there to make money. I would rather my money going to a Canadian, and trickling down to his employees and their local economies then all the money going to the US to do the same for an American. United we stand or divided we fall, and there has been a lot of FALL of late in the Canadian Firearms Community, its time to re-unite. Support your local Candidate, try the veal.

I'm no hater.
Nor do I have a Panda sunbathing in a refreshing pool in my backyard.

I was just saying that most people would have been expecting cheaper mags.
Not better quality mags for the same price.

I would not mind trying a couple, but @ $40, that is alot

And don't forget, I said thanks for bringing in more choice - I'm also a happy Marstar customer.

Let me know where! I can only find 20 round mags around here for $50 each...

John just to let you know, I'll be sending you a money order shortly for some mags!

"J.W. are they made in china? "

As I indicated when I first posted, these are made by a major military contractor, the Chnese are, not to my knowledge, making this quality of magazine....

Another pychic that thinks he knows what "most people" think... how about 6 winning numbers there Kreskin?

You trot off down to Wallmart or where ever you buy your thin walled welfare mags. I for one have no problem, and do, dig a little deeper for more robust, North American made, magazine. Why... because they last and that saves me money in the long run. Guess that makes me even cheaper after all.:p

Sorry john, didnt realise that china isn't a major defense contractor *sarcasm off*, and i havent seen one yet so how would i know "how high quality this magazine is?" i wasn't attacking the product, just wondering where it was built .... dunno why you jumped on me.
