Just a question, as I didn't see the answer listed anywhere on the website. Is the 7.62x39 S&B ammo that is listed below corrosive?

There is consensus and some scientistic opinion on whether corrosive ammo significantly increases metal degradation due to salt-like byproducts.
If you fire corrosive ammo, you should probably clean your gun out as soon as practicable thereafter.

INSANSH;

"how come the price have gone up "

Because our latest contract costs have gone up, inland shipping, sea going freight, Canadian inland freight, etc, etc, all of these costs have gone up....

I think Henry Ford said it best, basically 'the customer pays your salary', the company is just the money handler, an intermediary of sorts. We all wonder that after we get a raise, inflation seems to have eroded our buying power.

Seriously, John, that's your answer? You are much to nice. I would probably have said something like, "Because I just wanted to screw my customers over and want to make double on the price of a crate. This way I can retire richer, dummy." Really? Your costs have gone up?? What world do you live in? My dollar still buys today what it bought in 1950. :rolleyes:

ROOKIE WILDCAT;
Thank you for your understanding.... Why is it so few understand what is going on in the real world ?

"What world do you live in? My dollar still buys today what it bought in 1950. "
I have noticed the very same thing, the dollar still has the same buying power as it ever had....
Example, when I got married in 1964 we bought a brand new Ford full size car, cost $3,400. today I drive an SUV on which the four wheels cost more than that....
I agree NO change in the value of our money
john

I do have agree with John, just shipping at the post office has gone up. Receiving my packages from my suppliers I see a increase in my shipping cost.

Giroux-there is almost no copper in combloc surplus. Casing=lacquered steel
