Diameter of a Leupold VX-II Power Change Ring

Fellas, I'm trying to match up a cat tail to the power change ring on my scope, but one is not specifically made for mine. I'm hoping a Leupold VX-II might be close, but I need someone to mic the diameter for me because I don't have one to measure.....HELP!

i believe it's that attachment that gives you a long lever to make turning the dial much easier.
