As promised in this thread, here's my new Cooey Model 60 with Weaver side mount and matching rings + the simplest, smallest, decent affordable 1inch scope I could find - Simmons 4x-32.
In case you're wondering, the receiver was drilled and tapped for this setup from the factory and the tricky part was to compensate for scope twist when tightening the rings. Enjoy the images!

Damn, these photo laced posts make me long to caress my sweet '60 all the more after such a long and cold winter. Can't wait until it warms up and I can throw some lead downrange again. :)

Absolutely beautiful cooey!!! Very jealous..Dont mean to hijack your tread..but I also have a cooey .22 in factory new condition. Not as nice as yours since your M60 is walnut stocked, and your pics are much nicer... but mine is still pretty good..Cooey 600 repeater..not a mark anywhere:D...Again yours is truly something special..

Those are both nice rifles. I really want a Cooey 60, because I like the tube mag setup and the piece of Canadiana that they are. Too bad I don't have any money right now though.

Gamestalker - WOW! that is factory fresh. Probably quite a bit younger than mine though. I love the checkering on the wood.
