It appears to be bare aluminum with a blasted finish.

Would a Swiss Arms rifle with that lower be legal in Canada (semi-auto obviously)? I can sense another silly RCMP decision in our future. I can see myself giving them a "variant" of my middle finger.

I doubt the full rifle will be available here any time soon, but the lower (not being the controlled part) could find it's way onto any of the Classic Green/Black Special variants.
