I ordered a few items from them when I had mine, and they were good to deal with. I'm not sure how much can be exported to Canada now, or if any dealers up here carry much, but it's a good place to start looking.
 
I did put a shroud on mine and then took it off. Does not really do anything and its very subjective if it looks better or not. Personally I would save the $ and buy ammo instead. I do have an aimpoint clone on mine and a sling. I like both but don't see the need for any more bling.
 
You're right, the shroud does not have a real practical use - I just really like the look of it. I know it's subjective but I did not like the look of that thin barrel sticking out the end.
