LANZ Shooting Supplies will be hosting our second Para Ordnance Test Fire Day. We will have the Para firearms on site to test fire, also special pricing on Para firearms. Tickets are $25.00 (at the door or in advance purchase) this includes, BBQ, refreshments, test fire & portion is being donated to Make A Wish Foundation.
Time : 10am to 4pm

Steel Challange Info

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Para-Ordnance day this season.

The Para-Ordnance day will be held on July 17, 2011.

We will feature a demonstration component where you will be able to test fire Para pistols.

There will also be a competition component to the day as well. There will be a steel challenge competition, where for $10 you will get 5 attempts to run the stage. Your best 4 times will be totaled for your score, and the prizes for the top 3 results are:

1. A new Para pistol
2. A Silverdale Gun Club membership
3. A free course with TDSA

All proceeds from the day will go to the Make-A-Wish foundation.

To level the playing field for this competition, you will be required to participate with the pistol that is provided. On July 17, it will be a Para pistol.

Event is held at Silverdale Gun Club.

Any idea on the info for Glock day, would definitely be interested in that one too! Especially because it's before Para day, you can correct me if I'm wrong :S I'd be happy to support the Make a Wish Foundation, I'll lay down the ticket cost sometime next week after I see the info for it.

The Glock Event is June 19th, 10am to 3pm. We are working out the details. I will post complete info asap.

No sweat, I'm in Alberta so it's no big deal. They do good work for the most part and it's always good to spread the love. Maybe you could see how they respond to a Make a Wish shooting dream come true for a kid.
 
Are you requiring people for the steel challenge to be Black Badge or comparable holders?

If not, it sounds like a good way to get current pistol shooters interested in IPSC/IDPA etc...
 
If I'm back in time from UK for SW Day I'll deffo take 2 tickets! PM me if the ticket count gets low.
 
Sniper Showcase added to Para Day!!!

On our Para Day, we will also be holding our first ever Sniper Day. We will be showcasing Steyr firearms. We will have lots of firearms that you would never find showcased at any store. This is a one day event!!!

July 17th 2011 - 10am - 4pm

Not only is this going to be a Para Event we have also added Steyr to our day. They will be on display & will be available for purchase more info will come as we get closer to the event.
