Semi-Auto pissing off other shooters

There's an easy solution to this....don't crowd the shooter. There's nothing in the rules statign that everyone in the group has to be touchin elbows or anything. when someone else is shotng, I stand quietly, and far enough back so as not t be a distraction. Etiquette? I've yet to see anyone wth shell catcher for their semi (or pump, for that matter). Also never heard anyone ##### about flying shells.

mwjones,
Flying shells has nothing to do with crowding the shooter. Rules require require each shooter to stand or toe the line on his/her assigned shooting position. Moiving backward or forward is not required to accomodate other shooters nor should it be done for safety reasons. For some flying shells is a big deal and for others it is no big deal. Shell catchers are not required or needed on a pump gun.

I have noticed that shooters very seldom ##### about flying shells during the shooting. Often instead the offended shooter turns toward the so called offender and does his best clint eastwood scowl before taking has turn to shoot:D

Sticking rubber bands around your shotgun also takes the Zen out of shooting, IMHO..... so get a shell catcher! All will be well.
