Tapco sks collapsible stock interchangeable with other Ar 15 stocks?

Hey guys I like the tapco chassis, I just am not a fan of the collapsible ar 15 stocks they have. can anyone tell me if they are interchangeable with other ar 15 stocks??

No, they are not. The buttstock of the Tapco sets slips in the hole behind the receiver and is secured by a bolt. Completely different from a AR stock.

I guess with a dremel and lots of epoxy something could be done...

The only thing you can change on them are the stock body itself, the extension "tube" is commercial spec ... then you can always pin it in place

So you mean you can slip any AR buttstock on that tube?

As long as the intended stock is "Commercial Spec" and not "Milspec" The Milspec tube has a smaller inner diameter than the commspec.
