I guess if you've got a problem with the plastic rail you could mill it off and replace it with metal but I would be tempted to wait for the plastic to fail before any modifications.

This stock looks like a winner for the average shooter looking for better ergonomics for the Norinco's. Even if it needs some tweaking it's a pretty good start!

I have no problem with the plastic rail, Look at the FAB hand guards for the CZ 858? Anyone complaining there?
 
Well, looks like my first batch of promag stocks will be shipping to me in a few weeks.

As expected, there will not be enough to cover the preorders I have now.

For those that have a backorder, I have sent you a confirmation request.

If you do not receive a PM or email, you are on the next shipment.

I do not have any ETA on the next batch of stocks but it will likely be another month or two.

I will not be responding to any requests for getting on the next batch of stocks till next week.

Sorry for any inconvenience this will cause but we are on allocation and that will be the norm for the next while as the backlog of demand gets satisfied.

Sadly.....This is not mine, Wish it was. I looked for a while on the net to find reports on these stocks. I figure there has to be some M14 shooters who bought one in the US right? Someone has to have a shooting review? I wanted pictures on the inside of the stock, proof of this aluminum support, etc??

Then I found those pictures.... I will be looking for more as a few folks out ther are promising some range reports, etc.
 
Reference the second group of smaller pics you posted....do you have bigger copies of them ?

I was going to call bull#### if you said it was yours....the carpet in the pics is the same as the video ....lol

Just got my email today also. I was hopeing to see some reviews on it before I jumped in on one. Looks great but how is the strength, is it reinforced at the pistol grip. I have had my grip on my shotgun break so I am a little concerned about it.

Trying to find the web site, There's so much talk on this stock. Alot of actual anger from people who bought the JAE stocks, wow. It's a clone rip off, knock off made in China etc, etc,

Oh wait, now some are saying this is for a 10/22....

So all this hate, making it harder to find the original post.

For all those that sent their confirmations, thanks and I have not forgotten about you for invoices.

Promag just asked for all the stocks back and the dist has shipped them this morning. NO comment as to why but the stocks will have to wait a little while longer.

All those that received confirmation request will keep their place. Those that haven't should when the revised stocks are released.... If promag doesn't do the limited allocation thing again.

Sorry, guys but there are some teething pains and I figure, better for our neighbours to sort that out before exporting to us.
