N/R Black & Green Rifles

Long time listener in this forum, first time poster.

Curious to know if any non-restricted black and green rifles exist? Probably not very many, as most (AR15s, M4s, etc.) and all copyies are restricted, correct?

Finally, I ask, is the Remington R15 VTR restricted? I did lots of searching, and I'm getting mixed answers.

Tavor, FS2000, Swiss Arms, XCR, SL8 and several others are non-restricted.

The R15 VTR is an AR variant.

most of the ones listed as restricted can be un-restricted with a barrel change

really? that's not applicable to the AR and M4 variants, right?
