Real Norwegian Police

[jonesbb630]

This is a presentation by the Real Norwegian Police!

This is "River Dance"with boots and rifles!

I can't remember ever seeing a display of precision to beat this!!

All the precision drill is being performed on ICE!!

Those are US made Garand M-1 rifles (WWII), and they are heavy weapons When that one fellow goes on his own -

YOU'VE NEVER SEEN A RIFLE SPUN THAT FAST!

Unbelievable!!!

Wow!

Beats anything else that I have seen ...... including the Edinburgh Tatoo and a few others.

What are they, some sort of royal guard?

[Noel]

That did my Norge roots good.

Great Grandfather, Ivar Keiserud. Seargent 1st Brigade 1897.

They sure display a tight formation there.
Thanks for posting.

[Avalonthas]

Thats crazy. Would hate to be the guy who drops the Garand during a performance like that

[Ol' Smokey]

Yup, they'd make him eat lutefisk .......

[mkwn]

This is actually the King's Guard.

Here's the link again for those who think that the break ... is stoping them from opening the link.

yeah that puzzled me for a while, then I just tired it and it was ok. Funny way to run a web server.

Should be able to hot link to the site, its not a commercial thing?

Hey, thanks for sharing. That was cool!

That few minutes represents months of work and many tiring hours. The bandsmen had to play while on the march and never skipped a beat. The foot drill and marching was excellent. The rifle drill made me sweat with nervousness. A highly disciplined and talented group of soldiers.
Much appreciated Jonesbb630.
