So folks we are approaching the minimum of 20 before May 15 - for the match to proceed!

Is this something a first timmer can sign up for or better off starting in something different? I am going to the clinic n the 7th to see what it is all about and I was going to come and watch this one but if it is ok for first timmers I would sign up. I would go in the F/TR.

At last years Western Regional match in Wpg there were 1st time shooters there as well, but... you may be better off entering a smaller, cheaper match to see if you and your rig are ready for 1000 yds.

The best way to learn how to swim is in the water.
As long as you have had some time on the range at 1000 before the Regionals,I'd say go 4 it. You "might" not place first but you'd have a hell of a good time and learn a lot while there.

Still 2 matches and the Provincial match and a clinic scheduled between now and then. Lots of time to practice in advance of the WCFCC.

Thanks allot guy's, I do have some time at 1000y and my rig is a PGW Coyote so the gun is more than capable. I have a 155 load that shoots realy well but think I might work up a 175 or a 178 anyways.

Thanks again

If your shooting the 155 Scenars or the 155.5 bergers stay with them the BC is equal to the 175 Sierra but you can run them faster then the 175's. If you want a heavier bullet go with the berger 185's or Sierra 190's....the 185 Scenars are not a good BC; accurate, but low BC.
