Cast bullets

I want to buy some 230 gn cast lead bullets in .451 or .452 for .45 acp... I can't seem to see anyone selling anything but copper jackets. Who is doing that these days? Tried most of our suppliers websites, no luck or I'm blind, and the search feature isn't helping either.

I'm pretty sure I saw some on the shelf at P&D Enterprises yesterday. Try them. If that's a washout, there's always Wholsale(out of stock)Sports. I've seen them there too.

I wish I could find some jacketted 45 bullets around here. If you're centrally located, you could try Jo Brooks in Brandon, they have Berry's plated bullets, which load between lead and jacketted, and don't cost a whole lot more than lead.

Wholesale sports here, does not have any 45 lead bulk. They used to have a whole bunch, now they just have 38-55, 458 and 200gr 429s, just the freak sizes left.

+1 for Bullet Barn. Their boolits are top quality and their prices are very good. Incidently for cast boolits for the .45acp you want boolits sized .452.

I went with "The Gun Centre" out of Kitchener ON. They seemed a little cheaper than the "Barn", so I kept my $0.02.
