nagant M91/30 scope position

I'm eyeing the Mosin Nagant sale at westrifle, which seems like a super price (135$!!!), and want to put a proper PU sight on it, but one thing concerns me. I am a lefty, and obviously shoot left-handed, and was curious if it will still be comfortable or me.
From pictures it appears that the scope is slightly off-center to the left of the rifle, which would not work well with my head on the right side.

So am I right? I don't want to put a weaver mount on it. I want to keep this looking like a proper WWII sniper rifle, but if it is unusable for me I will have to go with a different build.

Should work perfect for you, the PU scope is almost center, just a tiny bit on the left side(i have checked with my repro sniper).:)
