Any preferences on laser/light combos for glock or sig?
too many options and so pricy.

Anybody have any experience with any makes and models? brightness, longevity, durability etc.

Weapon lights are worth the investment. The M3, TLR-1 and X300 are your best options. I recommend the X300 with a remote switch.

Personally lasers are a waste of money, and are going to exponentially increase the price of your weapon light. If you are going to get one, spend the money. Cheaper ones will lose their zero.

Surefire is the best for sure.

Yep the laser is a waste of money and it will handicap your learning. The x300 or if you can't live without the laser get the x400. Surefire is worth the extra money.

Guess it depends on your intended use. I choose the Veridian C5L for my Glock over the Surefire. For my intended use, the front LED light was adequate as was the laser but what sold me was the compact size of the unit when mounted on my pistol. If I was looking at another situation where I wanted to light up a larger area and did not care about the extra bulk, I would choose the SureFire.

I also have the c5L on my 19. It works and looks great.

I know that the Streamlight TLR-1 has a universal fit for Glock, Para SF45A, etc....
They also come with different sized rail adapters such as Picatinny MIL-STD 1913 and others that will fit most railed pistols......My TLR-1 on my SF45A works well, very bright, batteries are expensive but, I buy mine on ebay in bulk.
CDN Tire sells one for $10.00 I bought 12 for $30.00.......

The Sig light is the smallest light/laser combo I've found.

Also the most expensive, but is probably worth it...

STL-900L Tactical Light/Laser

A high output LED provides a blinding white light, with a strobe function optimized for disorientation.
The high intensity red laser works alone or in combination with the white light to provide pinpoint accuracy.
Intuitive push button operation allows for any combination of light and laser function.

Or, if you only want a laser & are willing to carry the flashlite, this one is nice 'n small...
