Howdy CGN pistol and revolver connoisseurs! Just wanted to start an open discussion or show-and-tell on the topic of "your first handgun ever owned".

So what's yours? When did you acquire it? Do you still have it?

Please feel free to post pics:)

Cheers!

:dancingbanana:

Browning .22 which I still have and a Steyr M40A-1 which I wish I still had. Bought both the day my PAL came through.

Norinco NP-58 .40S&W, Pachmayr grips.

(Just took ownership of it yesterday!)

I wouldnt be lieing if I said I was wearing the holster as I write this :)

Ruger Mk I in the '70's. Thought it was ugly as I was more concerned about aesthetics than function. I sold it. Now I have a MK III and love it.

bought it this morning, french 1892 8mm lebel
Well aren't you original... ;) Pics?

Officially, my first was a Browning Buckmark Target URX, bought locally.

A few days later I bought a used S&W model 15-5 from Dante Sports in Montreal, saw the pic on their website and had to have it. Thus began my fascination with S&W wheelguns.

And then I waited months for my ATT to come through, so I shot them both at the same time...

Living in the US, the first handgun I owned was a pre-war Walther PPK in 7.65mm, bought about 1956. Had to sell it when I moved to Canada.

Airsoft. :p

Uhm. Glock 17 in 40 Cal.

It was... OK. Didnt really 'enjoy' shooting it much so I ended up selling it to get a USP...

The love of my life... well next to my Wife, Supra, Paintball guns,Computer... not in that particular order either ;)
