10.5" FSB or No FSB? Or.....what?

My favourite would be a 9" or 10" rail and a low pro has block. This gives you lots of realestate to hang on to.

It looks like I will have to say no to a Permanent Front Sight and say yes to a lo-pro gas block.
Full rails are just too ###y.
I also feel that the permanent front sight may snag on my gear when I'm Rappelling or have to exit a vehicle quickly under fire. (I'm not being serious here)

Those Troy TRX are hard to find. I may have to go with a Troy MRF-MX.( The MRF does not come with a barrel nut) That is my cost conscious side talking.

I'll give my I have to have it side a day or two too convince me to go for a DD / KAC Rail.........

Wasn't that rig built by ATRS? Just bumping the thread for some more free advertisement?

YES it is an ATRS built rifle. Upper, lower, barrel and flash hider are all ATRS products.
Actually there is a bit more going on. That is MY personal rifle that suputin posted pics of. This particular rifle was recently called "vaporware" by him in another thread.

By the way I PAY to advertise on this forum:cheers:

Picked up a Troy 10" MRF. I had to pass on the $500 KAC rail.............

Upper,Barrel are in a vise as I type. Barrel nut and Phantom 5C2 ready to install along with the rail.
Now I run to Crappy tire to get a Torque Wrench.

stay tuned.

You edited this and changed the photo. Guess you did not want to admit to posting photos of "vaporware"

I know too many cool photos of ATRS to choose from huh?

As usual, you are just copying what others have done. I build a series of very cool 300 Whisper AR's and then you follow behind and build one with a rubber #### for a grip.

I design and build a very cool flash suppressor and then you follow along and rip it off with a lame copy.

Anyone seeing a pattern here?

BTW I did notice the ammo you posted with the other pic was the 125gr stuff that I built. Can't even make your own ammo to show off? But then lame will always be lame I guess.
