Bushnell Trophy on 257wby

Hey guys and gals I have a question for you all? I just picked up a weatherby 257 and was woundering if the bushnell trophy 4-12x40 would be a good match for it? Is this scope worth buying?

If you have more cash to spend on a scope, no it's not good enough.

The one I have on my 10/22 seems to be adequate for the purpose, but I'm not sure I would trust it on something with actual recoil.

Spend a few extra bucks and get a 3200 Elite series!

I consider this minimum quality for a scope, and these are decent bang for the buck.

P&D sells a 3200 Elite 3-9 x 40mm for $215.

Bushnell merged the 32 and 42 lines and just calls them 'Elite' now.

Not gonna change anything as stores still have tons of stock with the 3200 and 4200 labels.
