so i am changing my YHM hand guard on my ar to a longer model and installing the end cap. anyone can lend, rent or sell me the wrench? i really do not want to buy it from US. or make it...any other ideas as to what i can use instead if i cant get one here? please help

What do you mean end cap? if your talking about the retainer/jam nut that backs up and holds the tube/hand guard strait just back it up with your hand and use a punch (flat head) in one of the groves and give it a good tap. If you need a barrel nut wrench and are in a pinch a 6" grinder wrench fits perfect and are in just about every shop.
 
There is no loctite on the retention ring and you CAN tighten it with a punch if you don't overdo it.

the handguard comes with loctite that you have to let cure, but you only use it on the anti-rotation screws and the FRONT cap.
