Differences between Bushnell XLT and Elite 3200

Looking for a scope for my new .22WMR and I wanted to get opinions on Bushnell's 2 lower end 3-9X40mm scopes.
Really i want to hear from people who have handled both the Elite 3200

and the Trophy XLT

They seem really similiar to my untrained eye

These scopes come from entirely different factories and quality of manufacture. The Trophy XLT is from Korea while the Elite series come out of Japan. The Elite a stronger, better resolution and have Raingaurd lense coatings. Both have fixed 100 yd parallax. Phil.

FYI, the elite series is discontinued. They are replacing it with a new line of scopes.
