question on FSN and CZ858

Hey guys, first time leading a post here. Done some searches but came up empty handed.

What are the differences between the FSN and CZ858? I like the bakelite beaver barf stock and don't care for the really short carbines so I was thinking of a CZ858-4 or FSN-01.

As far as I can tell, the really only differences is that the FSN is blued and the CZ is that grey painted stuff.

Are they pretty much the same rifle, just different manufacturer? Do they share the same mags? Do they share the same parts/internals/accessories?

Hopefully someone has had a side by side comparison or owns both to be able to shed some light on the subject.

Bolt carrier and finish are the only 2 things that are different on these 2 rifles and everything else is the same. Except for the model that has the stainles steel gas block.

I know the CZ-858 4v has a used surplus barrel some in better shape than others ive seen a few with crappy crowns before .. not sure if the FSN has a new barrel or not? Thats why i bought a CSA carbine the barrel is brand new..

specifically , the carrier is the same till excepta small piece was milled out .

the finish is blued , the only paint are the mags and they are the typical grey, the receiver and carrier are plum in color and the rest is black blued .

gas block is nickel.
