They have a very good reputation for being shooters out of the box with good ammo.

Not knowing much about scopes yet I went with what I knew about and those Bushnell Banners never deceived me for a price/quality standpoint.

Not i'm sitting in my office at work and i'd rather be at the range on this cold morning... the crack of burning gun powder on mornings like that is awesome.

Here is the 17HMR in moderate to high winds @ 110yds. Once I can get a calm day I'll try get that horizontal to tighten up. 1/2" vertical for 15.5 grain ammo is more than acceptable to me.

Aside from the scope, i've got a 50mm objective. I bought mine as a valentines day (i'm not spending this on anyone but me ! gift) about two years ago.


Don't think i would have bought a .22 if i had bought that thing first...
