It looks the ticket all right. It needs higher cap mags though. I can cycle 8 in my pump quicker then a five rnd mag change.

besides with 1 mag change you can fire 11 rounds.

(1 in the chamber plus full 5 round mag plus anotheer 5 round mag =11)


though i do agree that higher cap would be nice, but we're in canada.

Awwh ,you just wanted an opportunity to use the "vid or didnt happen".:)
Now if someone wants to lend me one of those fine semis, then I would do a vid running it against the 870 pump for speed load "testing".
I would definately buy one of these. And hopefully the realization that people want lots of mags will trickle down to the ears of the manufacturer. I have a minimum of 10 mags per rifle rule.
 
Why do we tolerate these RCMP shenanigans? We need to write to our MPs about this. If we sit around and complain about their obvious stalling, than things will continue to remain the same. Is anyone working on this? If we all complain, something may be done about it!

I say this because I really want this! It looks like a very politically incorrect shotgun - best of all, it's in my price range.

I am going to get off my rump and see what I can do about this. For me, it'll be a first.
 
canada ammo why don't you guys make a mag fed cougar? it's gotta take less time than waiting for the rcmp to classify this thing.... or will changing it to accept mags make it so it has to be reclassified and we're here all over again, waiting?

I can only imagine what they would say. You should of heard the commotion that we raised when we brought a rem 11-87 to a ducks unlimited sporting clay shoot. :D

Mag fed cougar already exists.

I've seen pictures of it posted on this forum.

odd, I've been using it for nearly five years now, never had a problem. never had an anti virus have an issue with it either. you sure it's not a false positive?

OT, can't wait for this shotgun. hope spare mags will be easy to find though

I had a problem with viruses on that site as well, and it was a pain in the @$$ to get rid of them on my computer (I'm not that tech savvy:redface:). I won't use the site any more because of this, which is a shame, since it was a great source of info.
