I was expecting the anodizing to look like an AR lower. Type III hard coat style. It looks a little matte.

Same as colt Canada's. Type III hard coat calls out grit blast prior to plating which gives it the matte finish. We took the anodize to the max depth, the thicker the coat the lighter/greyer the color.

I just called them again and talked to a different guy and he said cant sell me one till next week or so cause they still have to unpack them and price them ect,

Please PM me with your number I will call you ASAP and straighten out this mess, you are the customer and as such need to be looked after, if we or one of our staff is negligent then we need to address that immediately.

Phone TSE and ask for Justin. I ordered one today and it will likely ship out today. Stripped lowers are in stock and ready to sell.

I know what you mean by clueless. I remember when I would call and get a hold of Marli or Justin and my order would be processed in a minute. Now I get a receptionist who directs me to a random sales person, who half the time doesn't know the product they sell and the other half of the time doesn't pick up the phone. The quality of customer service has dropped for sure.

If you are management at TSE, you should have a good hard look at the way your front line staff deal with customers. I was there a week or so ago interested in the DTA SRS and getting your staff to provide a price was like pulling teeth. Walked out when he said it was "around" $10K. Sorry but I'll take my business elsewhere.

Simple recommendation - have your staff loose the "Bass Pro" type attitudes and get them off their duffs to serve customers properly.
