Black Rifle Non Restricked in 40 S&W

Hi guys and gals I'm new to the black rifle scene and was wondering if there is a black rifle that's non restricked in 40 S&W that I can use for hunting, plinking around, shooting targets and shooting matches. I would like to be able to use it for a variety of events. Thoughts and input thanks
