3.5'' 12 Guage Slugs Who sells them?

7500 ft/lbs both barrels from a 7-10 lb gun, say cheese

how about 9500 ft/lbs both barrels with the 600 gr slug (http://www.lightfieldslugs.com/Lightfield/Products/Detail/?c=91&p=342)

600 gr 73 cal with 1890 fps is just insane - it is like 500 nitro category...
it should be totally devastating close range...if you can handle the kick...

he's just gettin ready.. all the global warmin is gonna drive those polar bears right straight at us ! and they'll be honnngry :eek:

i heard they come in packs of 5 shells... first one, is a smoke round

Unless these things hold tight groups at long range, or your just blowing up small animals with them then I dont see them being very useful for much. Soft lead fragmentates badly at those velocities. Check this out: ht tp://www.diyballistics.com/?p=65 The 3.5" IDS is third from top. Ive got some of the BPI DGS 1 1/8 oz (495 gr.) slugs on order, and BPI just released a 1 3/8 oz (600 gr.) as well. The 1 1/8oz penetrated just 2.5" less than a Brenneke at 1/4 oz lighter and 100 fps slower. The 1 3/8 oz should woop Brennekes and anything you point them at.

I've shot 600gr brenneke gold 3"mags. They bark I don't know the velocity but they knock over 250lb class black bears well and smash thru cinder blocks. I'd love some 3.5" slugs for my 535ats. Let me know if u find an importer

Lake Huron Rod and Gun in Underwood, Ontario carries Lightfields, not sure about the 31/2" but they had 23/4" and 3". Even the 2 3/4" has a 546gr slug but when I compared it to the 385gr rem accutips I use, the energy of the lightfields was 500ft/lbs less and about 400fps slower. I was there actually looking for the winchester 300gr slugs, thought if I could get good accuracy out of them, they might take a little more bark out of the slug gun.
