Hello,

I need a review for our Mosin Ngant 91/30 rifles and website ( www.westrifle.com ) from customers that bought rifles from us. This is not for advertising of other Dealers. I want to hear about our rifles and our website only if possible.

I have many questions why my rifles only 110 dollars . Please post pictures.

1. Quality of Russian Mosin 91/30 that you received?
2. What sort of accuracy do you get ?
3. Shipping time from the time payment was received by us?
4. Did you use EMT , Personal cheque or Money order?
5. Did we answer all of your questions before you order?
6. Would you recommend us to to other CGN users?
7. Would you buy from us again?
8. How would you rate our website? 1 - 5 RATINGS

1. Quality of Russian SKS that you received i bought a mosin, haven't shot it but it is what i expected so far
2. What sort of accuracy do you get ? not sure yet

4. Did you use EMT , Personal cheque or Money order? EMT, best way to go

I will probally be ordering a SKS from you in the near future, and I see the price of the mosin sniper clones have come down in price, might buy one of those aswell....

I haven't bought a mosin from you but have bought other stuff. I hope you take this comment constructively, as it is not intended to be malicious.

Your website needs serious improvement. For starters, your server is an epic FAIL. Images load slower on your site than almost anywhere else on the internet.

Downloadable order forms are so 1993. You need to look into options to order online. I'd suggest you check out the Questar website as a good example of a site that has online inventory and allows users to reserve and order firearms in real time.

If you make it easy for people to buy stuff on your site, more people will.

Gone are the days of successful online retail with a website reminiscent of a pre-facebook Geocities page.

Just sayin'....

Otherwise, my experiences of shopping at Westrifle have been great.
 
I will send you link to our new website that is testing. Please don't post it here as it still in finalizing state. Then you can tell me your review.

Don't worry there I take criticism ok. I just don't like when people tell me than it could be cheaper somewhere else and advertising here ( especially non supporting dealers.

PS some people love downloadable forms but I know what you mean :)

You have to change the sks to Mosin in question 1.
I will give review once I clean gun this week but initial opinion is fantastic gun and service,

The only place I had problems was the invoice, its done in windows excel which I dont have on my computer. Everyone I talked to on the phone was patient and curtious, the rifles were well packaged and shipped quick. As mentioned in other posts, the only real bummer about the site is the whole ordering process. A shopping cart and pay-online setup would be awesome. Otherwise great to deal with, customer service and quality products are there and at great prices. Cant wait to see the new site
