Anyone can tell me where can I getting one , what is a ghost load ? how can this increase 1 shot capacity ?

Ghost loading is loading a shell onto the lifter with one in the chamber and the mag loaded. Some guns will do it with no problem, some won't.

I think if you search youtube for "ghost loading" you will find a few explanatory videos.
