Just ordered a 10.5"!! Now Arrived - Pics!

I was looking at an 11.5" LE a while back that came with the same buffer. The retailer (Fab) said they'd had a couple hickups using standard buffers so Spikes made the T-2 specifically for that length/bolt carrier combo so I shouldn't change the bolt etc...granted You'll likely never run it on a lower with a fun switch, so It should be fine.
Questars price was good also, just compare with the prices on gunbroker.

Thanks for the info! I think it will run great on the 10.5" (for that very reason), I hope it will be not be too heavy to cause cycling problems with the 20", but I suppose I will not know until I run it. Although I think C7A2's are running H buffers... maybe someone can confirm?

With regard to pricing, I did a quick double take when I saw it....I had been pricing a component build up in my mind and could not come close to questars price. I was surprised they were able to bring it in, what with a 5.56 chamber, short barrel and a flashhider...I had been under the impression that all these features had been on the "forbidden" list for export. You could have built up a basic lower for this and been under $1000 all in, or close to it.

20" are very forgiving. If it works with the 10.5 it should work with a 20".

Or alternately, build a second lower. They aren't very expensive to put together, figure $150 for the lower, $100 for an LPK, and whatever you want to spend on a stock. Armseast has milspec Stag receiver extensions for about 33 bucks.

Thanks Smak Daddy! Not hard to change back and forth if needed but it will be nice to just set it and forget it!

Nice rifles!!

My 20" is a Stag Government style 1-7 twist. I added the UBR stock for a kind of Magpulized C7A2. And it is triggered by a Geissele SSA 2 stage, which I quite like. Working on an optic choice. Love your ACOG, but also thinking about the new Elcan SpectreOS 4x. Trying to go for a Designated Marksman style rifle, to use for SR and the new DM matches(if they run them) next year.

I want to replace my 2 stage RRA trigger with a Geiselle. Tell me how nice the Geiselle is. I need the motivation to put out the cash. :D

It is really, really, really nice:D Breaks super clean!!

Happy to help!!;) Paraphrasing here "I appreciate the opportunity to help you feed your addiction"

Arms East has or at least had them in stock recently. Price even went down since I bought mine.

The Geiselle trigger is the main reason I want to multitask this lower. I like it too much to change to a standard one and cannot justify the expense of a second one.

I know I don't NEED it:D!!! But I really like it!!:)

ps. have you been talking to my wife? Because she always says the exact same thing;)

Chuckle!

I'll tell you guys what I tell all my good friends. If I die, NEVER let my wife sell my guns for what I told her I bought them for. The EE would light up like never before.
