Probably be like the law on magazine capacity - depends on how it's marketed. Someone would still need to submit it to NRCan for testing and authorization and I doubt you'd find enough people buying them to justify the expense.

Most dragon's breath rounds are just zirconium granules and powder without a wad so the propellant can ignite it. Easy enough to make yourself I suppose, if you disrespect your shotgun barrel enough to shoot that out of it. Titanium may work also but the ignition temperature is higher. I would recommend black powder as a propellant, not smokeless.

He is actually not russian. He is american. He started out on you tube doing videos of modern warfare. Then changed his name to FPS russia and came out with an accent. Yea he is popular. but he's just a big phony!
 
No you cant order it into canada I have already called and asked, I tired to get some of their confetti ammo to switch into my fathers gun when we were huntign geese next season haha cant get that either.

Perhaps one of our venerable dealers could get some...

I "know" a guy that's used the insides of fireworks to make his own dragon's breath. Neat, but the novelty quickly wore off. Good I guess if you want to light someone's house on fire from 150 ft away
