Here are some pictures of my my CW 1861 Cohorn Mortar. Have fired it a few times at Kings Landing historical settlement, I fired a few Squash into the St John river
The base is made from two solid pieces of hardwood bolted together. It takes four men to move it around, but two to load and fire it.
Its wooden base is 30" long
Base is 14" wide
19" from handle to handle
21" from floor to top of barrel
The bore is 6" with a smaller sub chamber.
The outside metal is 8 1/2"
Weighs about 250 lbs
