Am building my first 10/22 aa kit and was looking for quality magazines...read that tactical innovations have some all alluminum mags along with come polys. First, does anyone recommend others and know where to order them in canada?

Does anyone know where to get the TI's?

Thanks in advance...these forums have been a great resource so far! Dave from HiCal and who sold me the aa kits was great, hats off to him!

Sounds like a great build. I'm betting a great guy got you into such an adventure right??

:p

Didn't work well in my 10/22 target tactical despite hours of fiddling. I would struggle with it every time I went out to the range having to adjust each time.

I would get stoppages more than I was willing to deal with, and eventually got a couple BC steel lips, that have been flawless in thousands of rounds.

Butler Creek Steel lips get my vote.

As to where to buy, look no further than Rimfire Sports Dot Com.

Thanks for the feedback, read good things about the BC as well. And Richard...this is all your fault....I was a perfectly happy hunter with my Tikka...now you've got me into this project....ARGH!

Thanx! We also stock the TI mags, 50 round promag drums( the new style that actually work), Promag 32 & 25 round steel lips & of course the Butler creek steel lips mags. Of course, No 10/22 is complete without the Butler creek loader, Anyone who has used one knows what i mean...

I too couldnt find the promag 50 round drum?????

I want to get one for my new tommy gun kit coming in. How are they the "new version" that actually work compared to the old crappy ones?

They fixed some feed lip issues on the last batch & they seem to work better, Of course nothing works as good as the 10 rd Ruger mags, followed by the 25 rd steel lips, B/C or Promag. (FRAUD ALERT) wont let me sell "HICAP" mags thru them, I can only sell them thru CC, EMT or call in/PMs.....I know, im looking for an alternate source!

Already put some aside for the kits....Preorder guys will get a better price on the drums.

Web store/Ruger accessories, it shows the promag there, but if you click it, you get a product not found instead of an info page, which you could explain the differences in the magazines and explain the (FRAUD ALERT) BS on. Or does (FRAUD ALERT) not even let you have an info page on the item??

(FRAUD ALERT) policies are no hicap mags, i had to pull them hastily, im looking for a more pro gun provider currently to avoid this BS. The mags are in stock with a call in or PM. The new promag drums are Gen 3 & they run a lot better than any previous drums. Anyone who has got a newer one chime in a give us a report please.

Is your business not solid enough financially where you'd be able to land a Visa/Mastercard merchant account? You could rid yourself of the (FRAUD ALERT) BS if you could accept payment directly through your store.

I already have a debit/ visa merchant account at the store, im looking for a webstore provider, my current company only does machine services, not webstore. i can process a phone in order.
