ruger BX-25 magazine

why not? they should last a long time... you're complaining about a company making a quality product at a reasonable price?

I'm not complaining, but it seems like an odd choice.

There are many other steels they could use that would be more than adequate and less expensive.

Probably the same steel they've been using on the 10-rounders for decades.

Wanna lay odds on it being the same part number, when it comes right down to it?

I suspect you are right. Low maintenance, already proven, easy to cast on a large 'tree' at their foundry, if cast, just as easy as any other material, if powder metallurgy.

Cheers

Anyone take them apart yet? How do they look on the inside?

I may grab a couple just for the hell of it. I just wish they could have figured out a way to straighten out the magazine a bit and get away from the "banana" look .. lol :D

At least they're better looking bananas than most of the others, I'm going to buy one for sure - I can't believe Ruger is putting these out now and not decades ago f:P:
Which CGN dealers are carrying, going to carry?

they look like a T.I. without the adjustment screws. Theyve got a video on their website and youtube that shows it all. They sure look alot better than anything else on the market, aside from the banana curve haha.

I cannot believe Ruger still has yet to incorporate the VQ extractor-style into their factory 10/22's.....:(

Looking forward to trying these out. I still haven't been able to dial in my ti25 mags to feed reliably after following instructions many times.
