I read something on the internet it says that the Serial number should be under 1-102 mine is 155... It don't matter to me one way or another because the thing shoots...

What do we know...

1. The factory id code (M47C) and date don't rule it out.
2. The barrel is too long. They were 18.5" - if I recall correctly that includes the flash hider that yours doesn't have. It could be a replacement on a No.5 action. There should be cuts out of the knox form on a No.5 barrel that helped make it lighter than a No.4, and out of the top of the action between the rear sight mount and the charger bridge.
3. The bolt handle should have a hollow knob, but that is not definitive, as exceptions have been found before.

There are a bunch of them here (apparently in the pattern room at BSA) that don't have flash hiders... But they all have full wood

As I said I really don't care the thing is a shooter and I've got no complaints...

The stock is commercial. Any lightening cuts on the receiver? It's most likely a No. 4 that Bubba put a No. 5 rear sight on.

do you have aney pictures of the front sight and left side of the reciever? is there a .22 mag insert? or single shot? going by the pictures you showed,it may very well be. or it could be one put together by armoures with spare parts. please show more pictures.

I'm sure you are right. A good shooter is always worth having, and it's an interesting rifle, whatever it is. If it makes you want a proper as-issued No.5, as well, there will be one in the EE eventually.
