zeiss conquest

I have just recently picked up a 3.5x10x44 conquest here on CGN exchange. I paid 500 no tax shipped to me. It replaced a Leupold VX2 3x9x40mm . There is no comparison in clarity. Way better

I purchased two like new 4.5-14x50 Conquests on the EE for $750 each from the same forum member, and I am very happy with them. I also purchased two 4.5-14x44 Conquests from Prophet River.

I think the ones not happy or unimpressed with the Zeiss haven't given them an honest head to head subjective comparison between brands.

If you did hid the markings showing manufacturers and let people eyes decide for themselves even the non-believers would be impressed.

The Conquest line honestly has to be the best scopes for what you pay. These guys have made the worlds greatest lenses for years, I think they will have a slight edge on the competition.;)

x2. My Zeiss experiences have spoiled me to the point that I have set up a fund to buy one for each hunting rifle I have. When it came to bino's, I went the Zeiss route too and have been very, very impressed.
