VZ-58 vs FSN-01 vs CZ-858

Hello all,

I'm wondering people's opinion on these three. I know the VZ, and the FSN have chrome barrels, whereas the CZ does not. Are all 3 susceptible to the "gremlin"? I've heard of finish issues with the FSN series...is this true?

Opinions...thoughts...experiences?

There a few threads about all of these rifles individually that you could use to compare them all. Basically the cz made rifles are of great quality. The fsn is still quite new but they have a few internal difference and finish is different. Csa rifles have a different finish as well and a rail for ak mounts. The gremlin is fixable so not much to worry about. Fsn has multi color bluing that is not durable but for a range gun not too serious. For non rest cz is boss for standard rest bbl cz is still boss. For shorties the verdict is not in yet.

This may be a dumb question, but does the quality differ much from model to model? Are they all equally reliable and accurate?

yes, they do differ but im a former weapons tech so i usually can fix most of the VZ issues like gremlin on the CZ but no gremlin on both of mine.

FSN is too new but the "K" FH has a tendency to come loose, i think i fixed it.

i dont have a CZH nor CSA so i cant comment ..... not yet .

my FSN-01W is very accurate but i couldnt properly evaluate my FSN-01K bcos i had some red dot and FH issues but i love shooting it regardless.

no , im selling the plain jane FSN-01 which has the same 15.5" barrel as the "W", i bot it just bcos marstar dangled a pistol but now i need to sell to make room for my BRS , lol.
