Very nice, I want one or ten. The diopter sights are great. The conversion for AR mags to boot makes this a great gun. It is pricey though, but you get what you pay for I guess.
NEA lower is gray, so probably not.Does the NEA lower colour match a black special upper?
f**king bulls**t!
I've been fighting this project from day one, hell I've been fighting the swiss rifle from day one. I've been nit picking everything I could think of so that I wouldn't buy one in hopes to save my wallet.
Damn you NEA for taking this rifle over the top and damn you all for posting pics of yours! Hell damn the Conservatives for taking this rifle off the registry! (soon)
Damn everyone! now I gotta go buy one...

Colour is nothing a trip to Murdoch couldn't fix.
It would be nice to see them come from NEA already finished like the Green/Black specials. After all, that is what these are designed to fit on. There is no Swiss gun that matches that finish.
My concern is still, what will happen to the tolerances to the lower once it has been spray and baked? I would hate to paint over top the factory parking, and find stuff doesn't fit. Then try and fix it, the manufacturer may not assist/help fix, fit, with the caveat of "you painted it wrong, therefore we are not responsible for that lower not fitting".
Has anyone here matched the paint and installed the parts to function properly?
Don't want to be a downer, or rain on the parade.
The stock needs to fold, which is a main selling point for the SG series.

You are good to go on the painting. Just make sure you mask the cross pin holes and buffer tube threads.
Sprayed and Baked... Arma Coat.
I've done 3 of these lowers now... no issues yet.
