I have one of those and they have a box mag...not a hinged floor plate.
Will hopefully get in to WSS either tomorrow or the next day, hopefully they'll have the stainless stalker and the extreme weather so I can compare both side by side. If they have the one I decide I like better in 7mm RM, then I may come back from vacation with a new rifle : )
So, getting back to the OP's first comment about Ruger accuracy..... Who actually owns a Ruger M77, has actually fired it at a target for the purpose of determining accuracy, and can actually attest to the fact that it is, or is not, an accurate rifle?

I have. Lots of them. Sub MOA groups with good ammo and good shooting technique. All the time. No worries for RUger accuracy.
