This appears to be a Trijicon ACOG. But when I closely and compare it to my TA31F, the lines don't match. Also, the mount looks very strange to me.

Any ideas?

I'm on phone with him and it's an ACOG with LaRue mount.

He is my best friend.

He also wanted to mention he was running a VLTOR stock, KAC M5 RAS, Tango Down vert grip and pistol grip.

As well as BFG sling, Wiley X gloves and a HSGI Warlord.

TA11 with the donut of death.

BINGO!

I knew it wasn't a TA31F. It was killing me as to what it was.

My experience is 95% with the TA31F and 5% with the TA01.

The exo-skeleton was wrong for both. I knew it had to be an ACOG though.

There is a video attached to this photo if anyone is interested.

Thanks Farmboy. My curiousity was getting the best of me.

Hey that's me!!!
Pic was lifted from a PBS flick that was butchered from a very good piece of film work by a friend of mine (Jim Foster).
Taken in 2006 near FOB Martello

Hey Reaper, I was watching that vid and there was a 2 second snippet of a Canadian soldier with an ACOG. I hit pause and the rest is history.

I knew it wasn't a TA31F, but the profile was similar. It was driving me nuts.

Thanks for your service.

Cool, I had the unedited footage at one time but lost it in a computer crash, it was edited by PBS or who ever to make it seem that our efforts were being wasted but that was not entirely the case or the whole story of what happened there, but what the hell the whole picture must not have been good TV.

Anyways, take care and it is a pleasure to serve in these interesting times.
