Not really. I have a 77/44 and don't see the appeal of or need for the smaller calibre.

i shoot and reload a lot of .357 magnum, so it's appealing to me. But then I really want a .357 1873

As soon they come out i will buy one, if it shoot half good as my 77 44 it will be great, pistol caliber in carbine are fun... JP.

I just picked up the 77/44 with the camo stock a few weeks back and think the 357 would be another nice little to have as well...

Not sure what the attraction to such a rifle is. Really kinda useless for anything other than range blasting. An SKS would be more fun and a 22lr would be cheaper.

Reloading for my 44 mag and 357 mag dont cost much more than surplus 7.62X 39... JP.

If talking about the .357 I don't necessarily disagree with that conclusion but the .44 magnum is another story. It's a very useful and handy rifle on the farm. Same size and weight as a small rimfire with far more stopping power. The .357 meanwhile has one more round but of a less potent calibre than the .44 mag.
