what spare parts do you carry around at matches? (please don't say: A spare gun ;) I know it is the best option)

All replaceable parts or the vitals?

Yes, some guys will carry a backup gun.

A lot of CZ shooters will carry a spare fitted extractor and slide stop. Many guys carry a spare extractor, maybe a recoil spring. A small cleaning kit, screwdrivers, scope batteries.

I sure could have used a back up gun at the Nationals!!!!!!!!!!!! I bring all my spare parts that I have, springs, mag parts, screws batteries etc.

The only spare worth carrying is a complete gun, fitted to the same specs as your primary.
You won't have time, or opportunity, to fit 'bits' that might break.
It this isn't possible secondary to budgetary concerns, then throw your fates to the winds...and accept your fate.

spare gun  so much easier to grab the backup and fix the other one when you get home. If you can't afford one that is identicle then a similar one is the next best idea.
extra mag or two,on top of the five I bring to the line, if one shjts the bed
extra fitted extractor
full fire control group
small pin kit
extra fiber optic tube
springs
firing pin
firing pin stop
slide stop
batteries
diodes

I second the spare gun if you can.
CZ's (Shadow) don't need the extractors fitted, but a spare one is a good idea. Springs as mentioned and of course Fibre Optic rod and a lighter and cutters for fitting it.

I always have a backup gun at every match I shoot. The RO wants to keep the tempo of the match going so you will not get enough time to do major surgery on your broken equipment. You have just screwed a stage by your gun breaking, the best thing you can do is start the next stage with a firearm you know you won't have problems with.

x2

It's a fact.

spare gun,..and also a few small spare parts,..FO for sight, spare sight it you have it, extractor, extractor spring,..few pins + tools to do the job. I am going to the US Nationals this september, and I am bringing a spare gun, and some small spare parts in my gun case.
One other thing to think about bringing is allen keys, and a spare holster. I use a Ghost holster, but always have a spare Bladetech with me. I have had to use it a couple of times, I once left my entire belt and gear at home,....I used spare mag pouches loaned to me, and used the Bladetech that day as I had it in my range bag.

Mo, you should get used to Blade Tech before US Nationals, unless you want to shoot Limited10.

I'm going with nothing at all. I don't really shoot enough to break em. If nobody can help you out with a lent gun it's time to do something else.
